Galaxy Purchasing System


The district's bookkeeping & purchasing system is called Galaxy.  Each employee who needs to use Galaxy to make purchase requisitions and/or to check their department budgets will need access to the Galaxy system.  This is done by an email request from the staff member's supervisor to Ms. Adrienne Fisher at the District office (Send Email).  Ms. Fisher will process the request and send the login and password information to the staff member by email.

Basic Galaxy training is handled by the new employee's department as part of their initial training.  Additional Galaxy help and in-depth training is done by special workshops at designated times throughout the year. 

If you forget your password and get locked out of Galaxy (after three attempts), you will need to contact the Riverside County of Education (RCOE) Helpdesk at (951) 826-6524 to reset your password.
