Strengthening Transfer in Engineering & Matriculation in STEM2 Pathways

STEM Engineering Pathways at Norco College is designed for students pursuing transfer to a 4-year university as an engineering or computer science major.
The STEM Engineering Pathways program provides students with career and academic counseling, assistance with the transfer process, and coaching every step of the way. The program also provides internship, research, scholarship and field trip opportunities for students.
STEM Engineering Pathways at Norco College helps students to achieve their goals one step at a time. We have fully committed staff and faculty who specialize in STEM fields.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY & ACADEMIC EXPECTATION
- Student has indicated Norco College as his/her home campus.
Minimum 2.50 GPA (high school or college).
Commit to complete Calculus (MAT 1A, 1B, 1C) and Physics (4A and 4B or 4C) sequences prior to transfer.
Commit to maintain full-time enrollment (12 units) for Fall/Spring terms (ask STEM Counselor about possible exceptions).
Commit to transfer to a four-year university in any Engineering major.
Commit to participate in Norco College STEM Center/Engineering Pathways sponsored events (refer to STEM Engineering Pathways Student Contract on page 4 of the application).

Applications can also be submitted in-person at the STEM Center. Applications are accepted year-round. If you are a recent high school graduate, please submit a copy of your final high school transcripts along with your application.
