A​​s a federal program, Upward Bound is required to have an application process. The Upward Bound Programs at Norco College work with three local high schools: Centennial, Corona, and Norte Vista.

​Appl​ication Process

1. Complete an online application
2. Attend scheduled interview with a parent/guardian
3. Receive notification of admission decision

To apply, please click the button below that corresponds to your high school. If you are an 8th grader, please complete the application for the school you will attend as a 9th grader.
