Application Process
As a federal program, Upward Bound is required to have an application from each participant. The following steps will guide you through the application process.
- Request an application packet from:
- an Upward Bound staff member at the High School
- at the Norco College Upward Bound Office
- or download the application below that applies to you:
- Complete the application
- Return the completed application to the Upward Bound staff member or counselor or mail it to:
- Norco College Upward Bound, 2001 Third Street, Norco, CA 92860
- Attend your scheduled interview with a parent/guardian
- Receive notification of admission decision
