In her nomination, Carla's outstanding customer service skills and warm, welcoming attitude were highlighted. She has been praised for her accessibility to students, faculty, and staff in need of assistance, always treating everyone with kindness, compassion, and empathy. Carla's willingness to go above and beyond to help her coworkers with any task or challenge they face, along with her talent for recognizing and celebrating the contributions of others, truly sets her apart. I am proud to acknowledge Carla's efforts in making NC a wonderful place to work and learn.

Nominations are solicited from Norco College employees. The college president will select a recipient each month whose achievements fit the criteria.
