Etrieve

Etrieve (also known as Etrieve Central) is a secure, paperless document management system used to submit, track, and digitally sign electronic time and attendance reporting and workflows.

To log in to etrieve, log in to the MyApps Single Sign-On (SSO) portal at https://myapplications.microsoft.com and click on the etrieve icon. Use your email address and email password as your login credentials. 

NOTE: For every Leave Request you submit before you take time off, you should submit an Absence Affidavit upon return. The Absence Affidavit is the only form that Payroll uses to deduct your PTO. You do not need to submit a Leave Request when calling out sick.
