25Live is a web-based, course and event scheduling system that enables automatic publishing of events to online calendars and digital displays throughout the campus. Users can search room locations to find space to request meetings and events.

With 25Live, users can search room availability, create an event, and request space and resources – all from their desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

To log in to 25Live, go to the SSO portal at https://myapplications.microsoft.com. Use your email address and email password as your login credentials.  Once logged in, click on the 25Live icon.

For Location Reservations:

25Live will identify available classrooms, conference rooms, and outdoor campus locations for you to reserve for events and meetings.

For Van Reservations:

Please upload a signed RCCD Field Trip Request Form (required for all Field Trips- ASNC/Club/Athletics/Academic)

Please upload Concur Travel Request Approval (required for all Non-Student travel; Student Travel- only if trip is 50 miles or more)
