At Norco College, Colleague (also known as Datatel, Ellucian, and UI Web) serves as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and student information system that centralizes the institution’s core administrative and academic operations. It acts as the backbone for managing critical campus data, seamlessly tracking student admissions, registration, financial aid, grading, and academic records, while also handling institutional business processes like human resources and finance.
By integrating these diverse functions into a single unified database, Colleague ensures that staff, faculty, and administrators across the Riverside Community College District have real-time access to accurate operational data to support student success and institutional reporting.

A link to Colleague is also available on the A-Z Directory. Access is only granted through a ServiceDesk (https://servicedesk.rccd.edu) request and supervisor approval.
