Steven Camacho, Assistant Professor of English, is recognized as December’s Mustang of the Month for his unwavering commitment to students, excellence, and equity at Norco College.
Camacho is known for the meaningful support he provides both inside and outside the classroom. His leadership in co-establishing the Men of Color Scholars Program and his recent contributions to the Puente Program demonstrate his deep dedication to fostering belonging and student success.
Students and colleagues alike value his humor, care, and wisdom, which shine through in every interaction. He consistently models collegiality, inclusiveness, integrity, expertise, and innovation—qualities that strengthen our college community.
