Steve Marshall

Director of Facilities

(Retired in May 2022)

Experience

Steve came to Norco College in 2018, and ever since has poured his heart and soul into Norco College. Steve is a local Corona resident, and has taken great pride in providing the learning and working environment that truly sets Norco College apart from other colleges in the area. Steve’s leadership through the college’s pandemic response has been critical to managing facility operations while providing the confidence in the safety of our college environment that allowed our students and employees to learn and work with a positive outlook.

Steve’s work to improve and update our college facilities will be a lasting mark of his care for Norco College. As Steve moves on to his next challenge, he also will have the opportunity to be closer to his parents on the central coast. I'm sure Santa Maria will serve his love for road cycling well.

As we wish Steve well, we will watch for the Monarch Butterflies as they travel to campus attracted by the Milkweed plants that the Grounds crew have planted throughout the college. The inspiration for planting Milkweed as all Steve, and If you look carefully right now, you will see the Monarch caterpillars living and eating the Milkweed on campus as they go through metamorphosis here at Norco College.

Steve, thanks for your dedication, vision, and effort here at Norco College on behalf of our students and employees. You will be missed, and we truly appreciate you leaving the College better than you found it.
