Most recently, she served as Interim Director of Academic Advising and Student Success at Norco College, where she provided leadership and oversight for the Title V grant Échale Ganas. Prior to that, she held the role of Interim Dean of Student Life at Norco College, where she oversaw essential student-facing programs such as the Basic Needs Center, College Corps, Athletics, Health Services, Student Government, Commencement, and Student Conduct. In both positions, her work centered on building a sense of belonging and ensuring students had access to comprehensive, wraparound support services.
Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Academic Talent Search at Santa Ana College, leading a federally funded TRiO program that supported nearly 800 middle and high school students in the Santa Ana Unified School District. She also worked as Career Pathways Manager at Long Beach City College, where she launched grant-funded Allied Health initiatives and managed the Career Center, connecting students with real-world job experiences, internships, and career exploration opportunities.
Her background also includes extensive experience in student conduct and student life. Rosio previously served as Associate Dean of Student Development at Santa Ana College and as Director of Student Conduct and Student Life at Long Beach City College. In both roles, she championed student leadership, coordinated major campus events, and supported student growth while upholding community values and standards.
