Kylie Campbell, Interim Associate Dean of Educational Partnerships, is recognized as June’s Mustang of the Month for her outstanding leadership, commitment to student success, and dedication to expanding educational opportunities at Norco College.
Under her leadership, dual enrollment has grown significantly, creating greater access and more equitable opportunities for students, particularly high school students and justice-impacted students. These efforts have strengthened pathways to higher education while ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
Known for a collaborative and student-centered approach, she empowers her team through a clear vision, strong partnerships, and a commitment to excellence. Staff members feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work on behalf of students.
Her work with community and high school partners has also resulted in stronger relationships and more seamless support for students as they pursue their educational goals. Through professionalism, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to equity, she has made a lasting impact on the college and the communities it serves.
