Mustang of the Month - September 2025

Jessica Dobson, Associate Professor of English, is recognized as September’s Mustang of the Month for her tireless dedication to students, colleagues, and the Norco College community.

Jessica has always gone above and beyond in her role as an educator and colleague, often stepping up to serve on projects and workgroups—even when her plate is already full. She has made a lasting impact on her Rising Scholar students at the California Rehabilitation Center (CRC), where her commitment to education and mentorship has transformed lives.

Known for her generosity, kindness, and willingness to help anyone who needs it, Jessica also brings joy and positivity to every space she enters. Her colleagues describe her as “freakin’ delightful”—a true reflection of her warm spirit and genuine care for others.
