Colleen Molko provides leadership for all grant development and administration at Norco College. She also serves as Principal Investigator of the National Center for Supply Chain Automation, one of only 40 Centers in the nation funded by the National Science Foundation. In her role as Principal Investigator, Ms. Molko provides leadership to a national team of educators charged with replicating supply chain automation pathways at secondary and post-secondary educational institutions across the U.S. These efforts support the Center's mission to increase the number of highly-skilled supply chain technicians to address the growing national need.
In her previous position as Associate Dean, Career and Technical Education (CTE) she supported CTE programming and faculty as well as multiple state and federal grants within the Academic Affairs division. She also served as Riverside Community College District's Director of Grants for 12 years, during which time her office secured more than $100 million in grant funding.
Ms. Molko's professional background includes 22 years of management experience in both government and the community college system. Areas of expertise include academic affairs leadership, resource development, and management of multi-million dollar grant projects and counseling of students with special needs.
A lifelong learner, she has earned certificates in Management Development, Facilitative Leadership, and Curriculum Development and possesses certification of bilingual fluency in Spanish from the State of California. She is passionate about the power of education to change lives.
