Norco College Student Health Services is hosting Virtual Daily Wellness Activities Monday through Friday for our students on an ongoing basis. Come to one or all daily activities, learn, and share ways to balance and manage stress. Every day we will have different activities that reflect on the various topic regarding mental health and wellness.

Wellness groups will begin on February 24th and continue until June 13th. Each group will meet weekly at the designated time.

This May, Norco College Student Health Services invites you to stand up for mental health. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re hosting events and activities that encourage connection, education, and support across our campus community. Make your voice heard. Make your pledge.

Though warning signs are subtle, they are there. By recognizing these signs, and knowing how to start a conversation & where to turn for help you have the power to make a difference, the power to save a life.
Course Information: Know the Signs is a statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out.
