Norco College and the City of Corona are partnering to expand access to free educational opportunities by offering noncredit certificate programs at the Corona Public Library beginning this fall.
Through Norco College's Extended Learning Program, community members ages 18 and older can enroll in tuition-free courses that build practical, real-world skills in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Participants may choose to complete an entire certificate program or enroll in individual courses based on their personal or professional goals.
The Extended Learning Program is designed to help individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed to enter the workforce, advance their careers, start or grow a business, improve their financial well-being, or transition into college credit education. The program is open to all adults, regardless of residency status.

The courses will be offered in a hybrid format at the Corona Public Library, providing flexible learning opportunities for working adults and community members.
Participants can earn one of two tuition-free certificates:
Entrepreneurial Essentials Certificate
Students who complete this certificate will develop the foundational knowledge needed
to launch or grow a business through four courses:
- Introduction to Entrepreneurship
- Entrepreneurship Basics
- Starting a Business with Limited Resources
- Money, Finance, and Accounting for Entrepreneurs
Financial Literacy Certificate
This certificate helps participants build confidence in managing their personal finances
through two courses:
- Personal Finance
- Financial Future
