History

History is the study of the past as it is described in written documents. Events occurring before written record are considered prehistory.

Our history program offers history for transfer (AA-T) degrees, and social and behavioral sciences associate's degrees and certificates.

Norco College History student Devean Woolridge graduated in June 2023 and transferred to California State University, Fullerton as he journeys to become a history professor and eventually come back to teach at NC! Congratulations Devean!
