Biology

Biology is the natural science that involves the study of life and living organisms, including their physical and chemical structure, function, development and evolution. Sub-disciplines of biology include: biochemistry, molecular biology, cellular biology, physiology, ecology and evolutionary biology.

Our biology program offers biology for transfer (AS-T) degrees, kinesiology, health and wellness associate's degrees and certificates.

Biology student Klutvert Tabot graduated from Norco College in June 2023 and transferred to UC Berkley in the fall. He's been active on campus in student government, Umoja, Men of Color, and the Honors Program. Congratulations Klutvert!
