Real Estate Management

Real estate management is the business of managing land and buildings, including activities such as keeping buildings in good condition and organizing the renting of property. In real estate management, the property manager or management company has four major areas of responsibility: Marketing and Financial, Tenant and Occupancy, Facility, and Administration & Risk Management.

Our real estate management program offers business administration for transfer (AS-T) degrees, accounting associate's degrees and certificates.
