His leadership in the newly formed Student Equity Inquiry teams has been instrumental in pushing forward the boundaries of our equity work in innovative ways. Dr. Oceguera's efforts have touched the lives of many students, and the impact of his work will continue to resonate for years to come. Moreover, his altruism and dedication to giving back to our community through the Volunteer Corp exemplify the spirit of service that we cherish at Norco College.

Nominations are solicited from Norco College employees. The college president will select a recipient each month whose achievements fit the criteria.
