etrieve (also known as Etrieve Central) is RCCD's electronic forms program. In 2016, a team was formed to find a solution for replacing the District’s manual operational forms with electronic forms to significantly improve efficiency and reduce the use of paper documents. The SoftDocs Etrieve system was selected as the software for RCCD’s eForms solution.
A taskforce made up of stakeholders from throughout the District has been working to implement the eForms project. The goal of the project is to create fully online forms with electronic routing and approvals. The first eForm to be put into operation was the Faculty Assessment and Professional Development Reporting form, with eForms for the Leave Request and Absence Affidavit following. As new eForms are made available, the issuing departments will announce the release of the forms and provide a set of instructions for their use.
