Wellness Events & Workshops

Norco College Student Health Services is hosting Virtual Daily Wellness Activities Monday through Friday for our students on an ongoing basis. Come to one or all daily activities, learn, and share ways to balance and manage stress. Every day we will have different activities that reflect on the various topic regarding mental health and wellness.

Know the Signs Virtual Presentation

Though warning signs are subtle, they are there.  By recognizing these signs, and knowing how to start a conversation & where to turn for help you have the power to make a difference, the power to save a life.​​​​​

Course Information: Know the Signs is a statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign built on three key messages: Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out.
