The Planning and Development​ division leads the college's institutional effectiveness and external engagement efforts. This unit includes Grants, Marketing, Research, Adult Education, Workforce Development, Apprenticeships, Community Partnerships, and selected Strategic Initiatives. Planning & Development​ supports Norco College in (re)defining community college education while supporting efforts to increase college-going rates and college-completion rates.
