Norco College Art Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of recent work by the Norco College Art Faculty. Ten faculty, including one Professor Emerita, one Associate Professor, one Assistant Professor, and seven Associate Faculty will participate. The exhibition includes large-scale sculpture, photography, painting, digital media, and mixed-media/collage.
The Studio Arts and Art History programs at Norco College offer students transfer preparation and degree programs within the Arts, Humanities & World Languages, in the School of Arts & Humanities. The featured artists are: Jacqueline Bell, Quinton Bemiller, Diana Campuzano, Kristin Frost, Chet Glaze, Claudette Goux, Megan Lindeman, Barbara May, Karin Skiba, and Jessica Wimbley.
This exhibition provides an opportunity for the college and community to appreciate the diversity and quality of artistic talent among the art faculty at Norco College. Each of the ten artists maintain a professional studio practice and exhibition record, in addition to their academic positions. Themes of personal identity and meaning, gender, race, labor, and nature can be found among their works.
