​Exploring Your Transfer Options:  September 9th and 15th, 2020

​​​Are you transfer-bound for Fall 2021?  The UC TAG applications are due by September 30 at 11:59 pm (Pacific Standard Time). STEM Pathways is hosting an "Exploring Your Transfer Options Workshop" with Brittnee Quintanar, STEM Counselor to assist you.  Explore your transfer options  as a community college student ​​​and learn more about guaranteed admission to UC​ TAG Program, CSU (ADT's), and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's ).  Also, learn about which out-of-​state universities offer discounted tuition to California residents.  You can register Here​ ​​for September 9, 2020 at ​5:30 pm or Here​ for September 15, 2020 at ​12:30 pm.Exploring Your Transfer Options.pdf

​UC TAG Info Workshop:  September 2020

The UC TAG (transfer admission guarantee) application period is now open for Fall 2021 transfer! This workshop will provide an overview of basic TAG requirements, timelines, and the application process. This UC TAG Workshop will assist you with applying to the following UC’s:  UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, UC Irvine, UC Merced, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Davis. Learn about the requirements, timelines and the process.  The UC TAG deadline is September 30th!  Sign up today! ​You can attend a TAG application workshop hosted by the Transfer Center, or reach out to your counselor to verify which campus you are eligible to TAG (you can only TAG one and requirements vary by campus and major).  You can sign up for the workshops Here​.​​​FALLUCTAG.png

UC Riverside Bourns College of Engineering

The UC Riverside Bourns College of Engineering presents the TUNE Summer Bridge to Research Program Presentations.  Starting Tuesday, September 8th, our recent Norco College and Engineering Pathways alumni (Brendan Santos, Chris Alexman, Gabrielle Ante, and Harsha Antony) who participated in the 2020 UCR Bourns College Of Engineering TUNE Summer Bridge to Research Program will be giving their presentations on their research projects.

​​California State University, Long Beach Health Professions Advising Conference

The California State University, Long Beach Health Professions Advising conference will be hosting a virtual conference on Friday, October 2 from 9:30 am to 12 pm. This year they are focusing on just two career paths MD and PA. It is open to both counselors and students and pre-registration by September 28 is required. Registration is FREE!
