​Greg has worked in California Community Colleges since 1991. For the first part of his career, he worked as a counselor and instructor. In 2004, he made a career change into Institutional Research at Norco College while pursuing a Ph.D in Educational Research at Claremont Graduate University. In 2011, Greg completed his doctorate and also became Dean of Institutional Effectiveness. In addition to leading the Department of Institutional Effectiveness, Greg serves as co-chair of the Assessment Committee, Program Review Committee, and chair of the Institutional Review Board (IRB). ​
