Student/Parent Authorization Form
All students interested in taking college courses with their high school are required to submit the Dual Enrollment Student/Parent Authorization form to be considered for the program.
After applying to the college and upon receiving your student credentials (ID#/college email address) found in your "Welcome to Norco College" email from email@example.com, students must log in to their student email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to access and submit the form. Without submitting the authorization form, admission into the program is not complete.

Dual Enrollment Corona-Norco USD: Students and Parents must submit the form through CNUSD ParentConnect site.
Dual Enrollment Alvord USD, CAVA, iQLA, Excelsior, Jurupa USD
Students- After submitting the authorization form, please wait to be contacted by your dual enrollment representative on next steps. Your authorization form will be submitted to your high school for final approval before Norco College processes your application.
