Mustang of the Month - July 2023
Caitlin’s nominators highlight her superb research skills and innate ability to understand the complexities of the college as true qualities of a Mustang of the Month. Caitlin specializes in making the work accessible and understandable to college personnel who need assistance understanding data and outcomes. As our only researcher, Caitlin is an integral contributor to the transformative work we are engaged in. One nominator writes “Caitlin uses her knowledge to support multiple initiatives and projects that help support our core commitments, she is the hidden gem of Norco College.” Caitlin has supported many college initiatives such as the Student Equity Plan Initiative, Program Review, Title V, Enrollment Management, and Guided Pathways. We have benefited greatly from of her deep institutional knowledge and work in these areas.

Nominations are solicited from Norco College employees. The college president will select a recipient each month whose achievements fit the criteria.
Award recipients will receive corral bucks and college-wide recognition.
