How to File a Title IX Complaint
Please call or e-mail a Title IX Coordinator, or complete the TITLE IX COMPLAINT FORM if you have a complaint involving sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual violence. This complaint might be about your own personal experience or an experience you are aware of involving a member of the RCCD college community.
Complaints alleging sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence will be promptly and thoroughly investigated and resolved. The Title IX Coordinator will contact you to discuss your complaint and determine if there are any Title IX implications and may investigate regardless of your participation. It is unlawful to retaliate against anyone who files a complaint, participates in an investigation, hearing or proceeding, or who advocates for the rights of others. Individuals who engage in retaliatory conduct are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination or expulsion.
