The Norco College Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS)/Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) Office is committed to empowering students through post-secondary education.
EOPS is a comprehensive academic support program that assists students who demonstrate economic and academic challenges.
With a rich history that dates back to 1969, EOPS continues to help transform the lives of thousands of California’s community college to achieve their educational and career aspirations.
CARE provides additional support services for EOPS students who are single parents/single head of household on CalWORKs/TANF cash aid with at least one child 13 years of age or younger.
