Norco College Art Gallery: Student Art and Design Exhibit on Display

The latest Art Gallery exhibit entitled, Student Art Exhibition VI features the talent and works of Norco College art and design students. The exhibit opens May 15 and will go on through June 2, inside the Norco College Art Gallery, ST-111.

The student art exhibit will showcase drawings, paintings, sculptures, 2D/3D designs, digital art and graphic design.

The Student Exhibition and Awards Reception is scheduled for Saturday, May 27 from 2:00-4:00 pm.  This is an opportunity for art students to directly present their work. Cash and merchandise awards will be presented to top art students.

Each year, Norco College Art Gallery presents three professional exhibitions and one student exhibition. As a cultural center, the gallery is committed to celebrating diversity and promoting collaboration among artists, community members and the students, faculty, staff and administration of Norco College. Founded in Spring 2012 under the leadership of Gallery Director/Professor Emerita Karin Skiba, the gallery is a state-of-the-art 2,500 square-foot exhibition space designed to showcase visual and interdisciplinary arts. The gallery is always free and open to the public. Hours: Mon/Tue 12-pm-5pm; Wed/Thu 12pm-7pm; Fri 12-4pm. Closed Sat/Sun. Visit the website for more information at:
