The REAL ESTATE certificate prepares students to understand and perform effectively in the California real estate industry and to obtain a California Real Estate license.

RLE-86 Escrow Procedures (3 units)
RLE-200 Work Experience (1-4 units)
*RLE 80, 81 and any additional class from above (except RLE-200) are preparation for and applied to educational requirements for DRE sales person licensing
