This exhibition presents sculpture, installation and ceramics by Michael O'Malley, Associate Professor of Art/Chair at Pomona College, Claremont, CA and Stanton Hunter, Professor of Art at Chaffey College, Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Michael O'Malley earned a BA in English from Notre Dame University, a BFA from Alfred University and an MFA from Stanford University. Stanton Hunter studied Music at Northwestern University and Ceramics at Otis College of Art and Design; he earned a BA in Cross-cultural Developmental Psychology at Eckerd College and an MFA from University of Southern California.
ABOUT NORCO COLLEGE ART GALLERY: Each year, Norco College Art Gallery presents three professional exhibitions and one student exhibition. As a cultural center, the gallery is committed to celebrating diversity and promoting collaboration among artists, community members and the students, faculty, staff and administration of Norco College. Founded in Spring 2012 under the leadership of Gallery Director/Professor Emerita Karin Skiba, the gallery is a state-of-the-art 2,500 square-foot exhibition space designed to showcase visual and interdisciplinary arts. The gallery is always free and open to the public.
