Norco College is one of three colleges in the Riverside Community College District.
Norco College serves approximately 10,000 students providing daytime, evening, weekend and online courses.
More than 80 percent of Norco College students are from Riverside County. The rest of the students came from Orange and San Bernardino counties.
Norco College programs focus on Architecture, Computer Network Specialist, Electronics, Engineering, Logistics and Manufacturing Technology.
Norco College is home to John F. Kennedy Middle College High School where students can earn a high school diploma while taking college classes toward a degree.
Norco College is dedicated to increasing student success and retention rates. During 2010-11, the average success rate (students achieving a passing grade) was 68 percent and the retention rate (students who completed a class) averaged 84 percent.
Norco College offers 64 locally- or state-approved certificates and eight associate degree options.
In Fall 2011, student ethnicity was 45 percent Hispanic; 30 percent white; 9 percent Asian; 8 percent African American and 8 percent “Other”.
